  Great Southern Encounters is owned by me and located at 2 Joy Street Encounter Bay not this rude lady's house which is next door. She won't respond to my messages to change the name either which is registered to me! The website linked however is mine and I am a nice polite person that will look after you and would most certainly have helped out with at least a partial if not full refund under the circumstances. Google needs to change this listing name as it gives my business a bad wrap.

  The property owner was initially very rude and cold in her responses to quires. The weekend before my fiancée broke up with me and I didn't get to go to the property at all. I explained this to the owner and hoped she would give me even a partial refund for the 4 days I never got to stay there. She refused and explained to me that there is nothing that she could do - even though I am certain she didn't have any other bookings for those days. I hope I never encounter someone like this in the future and do not recommend dealing with such a greedy and inhuman individual. I would understand if this was a hotel and you forfeit some money but not an outright steal of $500 for nothing. Not Recommended.
